In my workshop, you'll often find me deeply immersed in creation, with my hands in silver and fully focused on a new order or working on a feather painting.
This is where my creativity flows most, a place that is closest to my heart.
The jewellery.
My creative streak is reflected in my ever-changing jewelry collections, where a passion for color and light refraction dictates the form.
The result varies from playful and colorful to more understated and nature-inspired.
My creative process is open-ended; I rarely know in advance how a piece of jewelry will take shape.
Light, Colour & Authenticity.
My interest in form, color, and light emerged early, at the intersection of my grandfather's fascination with nature and the light refracted in my grandmother's ring. This has shaped my creative approach ever since.
Paintings.
I found the inspiration for my paintings during a dog walk, when I started collecting feathers that caught my interest. I clean them and then assemble them on a canvas.
I have always been fascinated by large feathers and their significance in Native American culture, in clothing, headdresses, and tipis.
With these paintings, I want to give the feathers new life and highlight nature's cycle, while also using recycled materials to take responsibility for the environment.
