What is the return policy?
You have 14 days to request a return from the date you received your item. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please contact me at info@camillaekberg.se for returns and instructions. Returns without approval will not be accepted.
How long is the delivery time?
If the jewelry is in stock, it will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
If the jewelry is not in stock, it will be handcrafted to order, with a delivery time of approximately 7–10 days.
Are the jewelry hypoallergenic?
All our jewelry is made of genuine sterling silver (925) and is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
What do I do if my jewelry is damaged during delivery?
Please contact us immediately at info@camillaekberg.se with a picture and order information, and we will help you.
How do I care for my silver jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry and separate place, avoid contact with water, perfume, and strong chemicals. Polish with a soft cloth if needed.
Can I resize a ring after purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot resize handmade rings after delivery, but please contact us if you are unsure about the size before purchasing.
How do I know which size to choose?
It's easy to find out your ring size without going to a store. You only need a string, a piece of paper or a thin strip of tape – and a ruler.
1. Wrap the string around the finger where the ring will sit.
2. Mark where the string meets.
3. Measure the length in millimeters with a ruler.
4. Compare the measurement with a ring size chart:
• 50 mm = size 50
• 52 mm = size 52
• 54 mm = size 54
• 56 mm = size 56
• 58 mm = size 58
• 60 mm = size 60
Tips:
• Measure your finger in the evening, as it is usually at its largest then.
• If you are between two sizes – choose the larger one.
