I offer free shipping on orders of jewelry and paintings over 1000 SEK within Sweden. All jewelry is handmade after your order is placed. Manufacturing time is approximately 7–10 business days. Limited collections are also created upon order and shipped within 14 business days. Delivery time is additional and is done via parcel post or registered letter through PostNord.

After receiving the goods, you should check if the delivery matches your order confirmation. If the products have been damaged during delivery, or if any other error has occurred, such as missing items or damage, please contact info@camillaekberg.se as soon as possible.

The right of withdrawal and return policy is valid for 14 days according to consumer protection law. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you received the product. This means that day 1 is the day you were notified that the product was available for pickup at your postal agent.

The product must be in original condition and returned in its original packaging for the repurchase to be valid. The product must be received by us within 14 days if you wish to exchange your product or cancel your purchase. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Exchanges and returns are processed within 10 days.

For returns and exchanges, please send an email to info@camillaekberg.se at the same time, stating that you wish to cancel your purchase or exchange the product.

All jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping. Should your jewelry nevertheless have an original defect or be damaged upon receipt, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form or email.

Please provide your order number, the product concerned, and preferably attach images, and I will help you further. The right to complain applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

Since the jewelry is handmade, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects. Complaints do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by use.

Swedish VAT of 25% is included in the price for deliveries within Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties and VAT in accordance with the country's regulations.

All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor including VAT. Shipping costs are extra. The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and condition of the goods are reproduced.

Camilla Ekberg owns all copyright to logos, design, images and texts on the website. Our terms are in accordance with Swedish law.

All materials in the jewelry are genuine silver and gold. Camilla Ekberg's jewelry can withstand wear, but all genuine metals can react to saltwater and chlorine.

Some of the jewelry is gold-plated, which means it is genuine 14K or 18K gold on genuine sterling silver (925). The gold wears down over time, a process affected by usage.

Silver

You can easily clean your silver jewelry with silver dip or silver polish. Silver oxidizes at different rates depending on what we secrete from our skin and the sulfate content in the air where you are.
